Very close to the Royal Armouries in Leeds and surrounded by a huge pedestrian area.

Great location especially for the Dock and Armouries and not far from town either. Very good breakfast.

We taxied in, then couldn’t dial out to schedule a ride back to the train station. The front desk said local taxis wouldn’t book because we had an “American” phone & no cash. The front desk was too busy at bartending to do more than say “sorry love.” I was too busy panicking to ask if there was an exchange nearby, or to think about Uber. Uber did finally occur to us & we scheduled, My issue with the front desk was the complete nonchalance at a guest being stranded.

I do apologise for this incident during your stay, this is definitely not something we pride ourselves on.Unfortunately, the external taxi company we use does exclusively accept UK numbers, however, we shall look into finding an alternative company that may accept a wider range of numbers. Once again, we would like to apologise for the negative impression we left due to this occurrence, we will investigate into this issue and make sure this doesn't happen again.I hope this doesn't deter you from visiting us again!Have a great rest of your day!
