There is refurbishment but regardless the entry area is uninspiring. The car park is impractical. The gym area is accessed from the lobby, it’s stark and not welcoming ( unstaffed). There used to be a swimming pool, sauna/ steam room which has gone. It’s handy for being near the city centre which is its redeeming feature

I was promised by the person who checked me and again by the person who checked he out that I would be copied into an email to their accounts department. Neither one did. I had no confirmation of booking due to an unused email address that Expedia has. As a result I was double booked. All I asked was for a credit from the hotel as I will be staying in Leeds 15-20 nights per year. I will not be staying at the Hilton in Leeds now and I won’t use Expedia. The lack of refund or credit is a problem, the bad smell in the lobby is an issue that the hotel must sort. Both of those are understandable. What is unacceptable is that no one replied to me on my correct email address from Hilton or Expedia after I gave it over and over again! I feel abused by two previously trusted brands. Room was fine only issue was the car park, don’t go in there if you’re not a confident driver because it’s extremely tight

Car park way to tight i scratched my car going down to the second floor as its way to tight i rang hotel they said you park at your own risk and now this stay has cost me £800 to fix my car i will not be staying here again staff didnt seem to care i rang they said i will get manager to ring me back still waiting for a phone call id upload image of car but i cant do that on here shame really people dont park in car park go somewhere else for parking

Amazing location, excellent customer service and quality as expected with Hilton. Was a bit of a building site in reception but I understand that this is necessary to improve and grow the business.
