Staff great!! Furniture stained older facility

Pool was green and it wasn't very accessible for handicapped.

The pool was green and it wasn't very accessible for handicapped.

This is an older hotel, but very clean. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. We were placed in a first floor room near an exit, so we could take our dog outside easily. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great, inexpensive, dog-friendly hotel for an overnight stay while traveling.

There are no elevators, only stairs with flimsy hand rails. the second floor's ventilation system blows cigarette smoke from other rooms throughout the hall and the non-smoking rooms. Mattresses are old and worn out. The outside trash cans beside the doors were overflowing. We won't be back.

Nice and clean. The tub drained slowly, but that was a minor inconvenience.

Room was not ready when we walked in

Unfortunately, being that you were requesting the accessible room we didn't have a room to change you to, our front desk agent worked quickly while you were out to get it ready for you.
