Staff were very kind and met all of our needs. We were happy to be close to the hospital and shops.

No evidence of an elevator to the second floor - I carried my rolling bag up the stairs. The room was clean, large and the bed was comfortable. There was evidence that it had been cleaned, but the maid service left a blue stripe of cleaning fluid down the side of the shower. The room was so large that it felt empty - it should have had a couple of chairs and a side table to fill the space.
Lastly, the buffet breakfast was ok, with yoghurt, toast, cereals and a waffle machine. However, the apples (only fruit offered), were wrinkled and old. For the price at $156, there are better options in the area.

This hotel is an incredible value for the area. The beds are extremely comfortable and the price is right.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Staff polite. 2 night stay, no housekeeping services. Came back to room for second night after long day at hospital to find bed unmade, trash not collected, no fresh towels. Too tired to complain. Breakfast items limited.

The property was clean and staff were very friendly. There was an incident with another guest that required a significant police presence. The issue was resolved but there was little communication as to what other guest should do. It was unfortunate though I don’t know if it happens often. A typical Q Inn at a good price point.
