Pool needed cleaned and breakfast was lack luster. The eggs were horrible.

This might have been one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Though the staff was friendly our room was not ready when we checked in late. the room we did receive had constant noise from stomping upstairs to pipes pounding. The door lock was broke and so was the coffee pot.

We've been here 3 days and our room hasn't been cleaned once. Our trash is overflowing. I had to go to the front desk for more linens and TP. I piled the dirty linens outside our door. On the first day that our room wasn't cleaned, the housekeeper offered me one washcloth, stating that she didn't work weekends! I do feel for the manager, as he appears to be trying to wear a lot of hats and looks exhausted. We're in a small town with probably few staffing choices, but I'll be asking Holiday Inn for compensation. Never experienced anything like this....

Clean, quiet, comfortable, friendly staff... and the pool was amazingly warm!!
