Excellent property. Love the garden and waterfall that they have. We loved the food from the restaurant. All the staff were friendly and courteous. Love the cookies that they put out. Amazing experience all the way around.

Everything was great except for the drain in the shower. I had to finish my shower, wait for the water to drain then rinse my feet before I can step out of the tub.

Our stay here was amazing. This hotel is very nice. They have a massive coy pond and you can walk through and around the entire garden. Many zen like places to sit and relax. Rooms are pretty big and roomy. Very very clean. Staff is absolutely courteous.

You mentioned our Japanese garden, which makes sense as everything is in bloom at this time of year. Another great time to visit the garden is when it is covered in snow, although this is always difficult to catch. Nonetheless, we hope that your visit brought you relaxation.

This is our go-to when we are visiting our daughter at OSU. Love the quiet, clean setting, the suites, and the restaurant!

Very quiet, clean and comfortable. Stayed on 1st floor and had no issues with those rooms above.
