We found a bed bug in our bed, which is gross enough on its own but we both have sensitive skin and allergies. We moved out as soon as we could and inconvenienced our holiday weekend dealing with all this.

The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't receive an invoice at checkout. I asked if they would email me one but I never received it. I had questioned yesterday when checking in why I was being charged more than I was quoted and she said the difference of $25 would be credited when I checked out, if we didn't charge additional items to the room. My bank shows I'm being charged the full amount with no credit coming through.

When getting into bed, after pulling the cover/sheets down, I found 3-4 hairs on the sheets. I was unimpressed but was too tired to call the front desk.
