The cabin was exceptionally clean. Easy access to the bathroom/shower. Overall, a very nice experience.

Foul smell in shower house.

It was very bad the first day, but i just covered my nose and delt with it, the second day it got considerably worse and i could not breathe without wretching, it smelled of open sewage. This meant using the restroom was not doable, much less taking shower

My question is "if the smell was so bad, why did you not report it immediately so something could be done about it"? Instead, you decided to wait until you left to leave a poor review? My comment is that we clean the shower house daily, so we know what it looks and smells like daily. It was likely due to someone before you. A good practice, when you stay anywhere is to report anything that seems wrong or broken. That allows the property the opportunity to address the issue. I just ran out to the shower house (I don't usually do the cleaning) and it smells like cleaner. We also offer rooms and cabins with bathrooms (Listed under Whitetail Creek Resort) for those that don't want to use a shower house.

The gal at the front desk was very nice and had everything all ready on check in , cute rooms and very comfortable bed. Brookelyn you are doing a great job!

There's a little creek that ran feet from my porch you could see the trout eating bugs.

Charming place to stay
Posted 4 Aug 2023 on HotelsWe had such a great stay here and for such a great price! We stayed in one of the red little cabins. They do not have electricity or a bathroom in the cabin, but the hosts provided everything they can to make your stay comfortable. There is a shared bathroom just a short walk up stream and it is kept very clean. The property is absolutely charming! My 5 year old daughter just LOVED playing in the beautiful stream that runs the length of the property. I would definitely stay here again!

I liked everything about this place. The owners are the most caring and friendly folks that I have ever encountered in my travels and I have did a lot of traveling in my 86 years. I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.

We loved everything about Whitetail Creek!! Definitely will be back!! Absolutely loved camping in the beautiful yurt!!
