Posted 9 Jul 2023 on HotelsExcellent staff and very accommodating. Absolutely stunning venue right next to the river Loire outstanding restaurant and atmosphere right next to the river which is such a lovely peaceful place to have dinner. Food exceptional.

Nice staff, outdated SPA
Posted 7 Jun 2019 on HotelsGreat place for an isolated SPA vacation. Got stuck outside trying to get back in after hours, was not given the code and was told it would be opened. Nice staff and great outside pool, inside pool needs a new lining. Not bad but not a place that I would chose to go back to. Really nice staff in an outdated resort.

Worth a visit
Posted 24 Jul 2018 on HotelsThe location of this hotel on the banks of the river, is, as the name suggests, very quiet and a little remote. Le Lude is about 1.5kms away. On arrival the reception was very good and helpful. The room was pleasant but had very limited views. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be of a high quality. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Very isolated location but picturesque. Would perhaps be worth bringing a french phrase book for non French speakers as English was limited (though we managed)

Posted 25 Sep 2017 on HotelsThe property seemed unable to have English speaking guests; language was a problem; the restaurant had only 1 of 3 menus available; we had to make do with the Plat D'Jour instead of either the A la Carte or Gourmet which we would have preferred.

Stopover on route to the South
