Great view

Wonderful view from the balcony. Service was excellent, Cecile let us stay in our room after check out time as we had several hours before our cruise ship boarding time. Much appreciated.

Hello Mr. Gau, I do not understand your message, if you did not like something during your stay, why not let us know? Our reception desk remained open every day. Perhaps it is due to the confusion of your numerous (apparently wrong) reservations, and the fact that we did not accept the free cancellation of the stay that you reserved in January instead of December? Pleasant stay close to beach.

The view from the apartment was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. It was nice that there was refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. However, I was expecting more of a hotel setup, but it was more of a room-to-let. There was no service or change of linen or towels. The unit could also need some updating. It was easy to park on the street. It took around 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Wi-Fi was good.

Hello Thank you for your positive comments. The residence Turquoise, as the name suggests, is a residence and not a hotel. Therefore, we change the sheets and towels once a week. We hope that your stay however was pleasant.

I was very disappointed in this property. Although the location is incredible and the views are superb, the property is not well maintained nor clean. Bottom line: don't have a high expectations, bring your supplies if staying for a while, bring bug spray, this is not a true hotel with amenities. I really hope that this place improves because it's really a shame.

As a residence, we provide the arrival of our customers the necessary for toilet paper as well as trash bags and insecticides. But then, these products are to buy (we are not a hotel). Pros: The view of Le Gozier isle was outstanding,
Cons: A coat of paint both inside and out, the shower get rid of the shower curtain as it ALWAYS try's to wrap itself around you and it's a small cubicle.
Location: Visit Le Gosier isle, get the bus to Point-a-Pitre also visit the traditional costume museum.
This apartment is unfortunately in some serious need of basic updating, it is ok for the price paid however, the location is primarily for French speaking tourists however the locals are extremely friendly and try their best to make you feel welcome. If you go you really need a car to get around, but the local bus service is really quite good for the local area if you want to go further afield a car is a must.

Very pleased with the staff, but the property is old and could use some attention. Also, for those who rent cars, there is only on-street parking and it is difficult to get a spot nearby.

Decent space for the price with some odd quirks.

Cecile the check in reception is very sweet, but only on-site a few hours a Day, Hotel is like an older vacation rental. The balcony with ocean view is well worth the compromise at the price point though. In room signs asking for a 10AM check out and a 25 Euro cleaning fee are not consistent with the Hotels.com booking or expectations, and thus makes the property a bit confusing and adds unneeded stress. Simply put it is Bush league. Put the right directions (11AM check out and no cleaning fee) in the room when hotel reservations come through.

Thank you very much for taking the time to put an opinion. Our reception is open between 08:00 and 12:00 every day from Monday to Saturday. And as in any residence in France, the apartment must be clean at the end of the stay. But it is indeed possible to ask that the household be done by us. Good condo near beach.

Pros: Helpful staff and location.
Cons: Greater water pressure
Location: Beach within walking distance. Bakery, bank, and tourist office within walking distance.
Location of this condo within walking distance of the local beach was great. Bakery, bank and tourist office were within walking distance. Supermarket a short drive away. However, the lack of water pressure and parking on the street in a congested area were a challenges.

Thank you for your positive comments. With regard to water pressure, there is a recurring problem of water on the island, because the water pressure sent into the pipes by the public water body (SIAEAG) is random and generally insufficient, and, coupled with the fact that the apartment is in high floor, the pressure that finally arrives in the pipes can be low. But this happens, in general, once a week and between 18h and 06h the next day; our customers are notified in advance and we provide them with bottles to overcome this inconvenience. Hoping that you still had a good stay on this island paradise.
