No ice machine Only one towel (no face and hand towels) No elevator ( very difficult if you have many luggage’s) No convenience store nearby Very noisy ( a recording that imitates the nature goes all night long) You can hear neighborhood very clearly

Bonjour,Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de déposer un commentaire. la glace est disponible à la réception de l'hotel. dans un hotel 2 étoiles le classement demande 1 seule serviette par personne. donc si vous étiez dans un appartement à votre arrivée vous avez du avoir 3 serviettes. pour votre prochain séjour si vous avez des bagages, nous vous invitons à le signaler au moment de faire la réservation nous disposons d'appartement en ref de chaussée. concernant le bruit êtes vous sur d'avoir fermé les volets roulants + les baies vitrées?

The room was clean and comfortable. Eventually the air conditioner cooled the room to a comfortable level, maybe I was just too impatient. My card reader for the door didn't work on arrival, but that was promptly rectified. The grounds were nicely kept. I really liked the USB port built into the headboard of the bed to charge my phone. Food selection in the area was satisfactory and very tasty.

Room was dirty - paper in shower, urine on toilet seat. Hall lights aren’t lights at all - they just glow - maybe 5 watts at most. Breakfast is $13 piece of bread, very small portions of juice, yogurt, & coffee

So first of all the entrance to the flats is very presentable. Dirty! Got to the room, there is no internet. You have to pay for room service, pay to get clean towels and sheets, so if you’re staying longer than 2 days you have to pay for every clean towel, toiletries including soap and sheet you would need. Now with all of this. The breakfast Is very poor - for 14€ a plate. The pool is for little children and with all of again, unlike all the other hotels, you have to pay a deposit to stay on the room after losing all your nightly fees. The staff personalities are not so welcoming. Except for one lady on the front desk with locks who was very sweet and helpful. There is another one with short curly hair and glasses who was very very loud and fiesty. I encountered her twice and she wasnt nice at all. She was more screaming and trying to get you out of her face. I left and went to another hotel after i felt like i was begging to stay at this place. The residents there aswell have sticky fingers. This gentleman and his wife literally stole my stuff right in my face.
