Room was very clean and had a kitchen area. Check in was easy and quick. Breakfast was great and would stay here again.

The room we booked was a 2 room suite. First thing we noticed was the furnishings were completely worn and dirty. When tucking in my son, there was old hardened pieces of cheese and crumbs in his bed, under his pillows, and on the walls. We found cheese in every room in the suite, stuck to the walls. The carpet smelled like vomit and was super sticky. The headboards had greasy hand smears and body prints on them. We ended up going to the store to buy cleaning supplies to clean everything ourselves because clearly housekeeping couldn’t do it right the first time. The pool was murky and so foggy you could barely see the bottom. Pump wasn’t working. It was NASTY. This was my first stay at a Hilton and we were so disappointed. Also, the wheels on the baggage racks were flat and were a hazard to use. Never staying here again and not recommending to anyone.

First, let's appreciate the staff. Very friendly and courteous. always asking if there was anything we needed. seemed to work hard at their their jobs. Second. The property needs some way overdue updates. The furniture is worn out beyond repair. The ottoman in our room was essentially leaving parts of the covering everywhere. no ventilation fan in bathroom. the moisture in the room was very evident. The workout facility did have weights and cardio machines, however none of the cardio machines, or television, were connected to any wifi or similar. The owners of this property should update in respect to their hardworking staff and future guests. IMO.

We arrived and couldn’t get in our door. After many ties jiggling the door we made it in. The furniture was disgusting, dirty, old worn, and torn. The room stunk. The ac unit wouldn’t not come on. When we picked up the phone to call the front desk the handset wasn’t w en attached to the phone. The furniture was cracked and peeling from being so old. The chair has torn from cat scratches. The floor made my socks dirty as I walked. We asked for a new room but was told it was sold out. Being there for a family graduation from boot camp we feared other hotels would be too so we stayed. Breakfast was empty when we went down the first morning. We were very angry that we were out in this position by a Hilton brand. We will share this with anyone we can. The staff was very nice and the bed was comfortable. That is the only bright spot.

Chairs and fixtures were old and damaged in room. Lamp shades were broken, leather on chairs were pealing and cracked and torn. Couch was old and stained.
