This hotel is very poorly maintained and is in desperate need of repair. From the moment I walked in, I should have known what was to come. While the front desk reception who checked us in was pleasant, it doesn’t negate the fact that the hotel is NASTY! The bed linens hadn’t been changed, the toilet seat needs replacing, there was missing baseboard trimmings, the air conditioner vents were disgusting, markings and chips all over the walls, carpet was dirty, bathroom floor had hair on it…..which clearly means it wasn’t swept or mopped! The shower grout looked gross, toilet grout gross, I could go on and on…. Comfort Suites DO BETTER!!! I have photos for proof!

This place had a friendly staff. The rooms were clean and breakfast was great with biscuts and gravy make your own waffles... i was very happy. The only minor issue was the indoor pool which was very cold. But for the record the staff did mention ahead of time that the heater was out of service. But thay didnt stop my kids. Def will come back if we are in town again.

I asked for a first floor room because I am disabled but got put on the 2nd floor
