The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold and when the room upstairs showered water leaked into our bathroom. When I told the front office they did nothing about it or offer to change our room. Sheets and towels were dingy with stains.

We are so sorry for the issue you had while staying with us. We were unaware of the leak in the room above. W e will have that issue looked at. We try to make sure all linens are stain free when put in the rooms. Those must have gotten over looked. We will definitely take care of that.

The toilet tank would not fill back up with water after you flushed it. Had to fill the tank back up with water with the ice bucket using the sink. All the maintenance crew was gone for the weekend. Every room was booked for the night and was not able to change rooms. Hotel staff said since we booked and paid for the room through expedia we could not get a refund or a discount for the room.

It was unfortunate you had booked through a third party, otherwise we would have been more than happy to give you a discount.

The AC left a puddle in the room. Otherwise, very nice and comfy

This is an older property that I think is being updated. The staff was polite but did not seem very sure of what they were doing. I checked in for three rooms and was handed six key cards with no markings on them and verbally told the room numbers. I had to ask the clerk to write the room numbers on a post it note for each room.

The beds were comfortable and our room was clean. We turned our heat on and it started to produce a putrid smell. This got better when we turned it off. Our room phone did not work, so we had to go the front desk to inform them. Additionally, there was a hair in my breakfast. Overall, decent stay but definitely room for improvement.

It would have been 5 star but right when I needed a shower before the funeral.....NO HOT WATER.....and that was fun!
