Perfect location for KU orientation. Room was clean but beds were very uncomfortable and the a/c are extremely loud and then shut off in the middle of the night and everyone woke up hot and sweating. Bar is nice. Commons areas look a little rough, carpet is stained. Staff was very pleasant. Probably wouldn’t stay again for the price.

Dreary- staff young and friendly. Rooms drab, cheaply done, sofa worn and minimal- not in a good way. Needs a total redo- at least the rooms

Refrigerator broken, lighting broken, pillows smell sweaty (room in general musty), part of sink was broken. AC was set to 69 and I woke up to a room temp of 60. Just needs to be renovated a bit. Staff and location were great

I enjoyed my stay. The only thing is I requested a longer shower curtain but the housekeeper did not understand me or just didn't do it. She gave us the towels and mat. Other than that it was quiet and peaceful and clean.

Beautiful place comfortable bed, quiet, easy accessible parking, the things i didnt like windows were dirty couldnt take picture out window
