Found 5 alive bugs in my room and also a few dead ones. Also pool was closed

Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience for the room but have notified maintenance to check the room you were in. As for the pool we apologize that we had to close it due to someone taking glass into the pool and breaking it causing a hazard for other guests.

Ryan at the front desk was wonderful. Very helpful and kind! He did a great job and was super friendly!

Property was nice but our room needed improvement. Shower barely put out cool water - very hot or just a trickle of warm. Also, tub plug was broken n tub filled with water during shower. Staff was great, helpful and friendly. Outdoor patio with firepit is really nice space, especially for our service dog.

We love staying here because it’s quiet, clean, the beds are comfortable and I love that you put 4 different types of pillows on our beds to accommodate our preferences. That is awesome. Coffee is always good. Breakfast is fresh and not gross like most comp breakfasts at other hotels. Thank you.
