There was a bottle of wine given as a complementary for our birthday, very sweet and considerate!

Location on the water was calming. The size of the suite was great. The washer/dryer handy.

Parking was an extra cost I was not told about. It was still difficult to find a spot as it is shared with other tenants and locals who should be parking in the public spots.
There was no restaurant attached to the hotel. I was advised that the mud bar was available but when I arrived the restaurant had no vacancies. Consequently we had to eat outside where there was no service.
For a large hotel at a premium price parking and a restaurant should have been a std expectation.

Great location
Posted 9 Mar 2024 on HotelsWe had a lovely apartment with water and city views from two balconies. Walking distance to a great choice of restaurants and to the town centre.
Staff were all friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
