1st of all night manager forgot to put my key out, and I looked everywhere there was no afterhour number to call at all. I need to seek help from other guest during late night around 11.30pm. And the funny thing is the # on the information card is a city security # and the customer service lady said this property in not under their management, and give me another to try. I need to make few phone calls to get the night manager out during 1am. 2nd after we checked in to that room. We found a lots of ants everywhere. I have to move my bed away from the wall to be able to sleep. 3rd i reported to housekeeper about the ants they said they are suffering ants these few days. If you know there is a problem. Should you try to solve it first????? 4th I reported those problems to the front desk a Nepal guy or India guy and after an hour I received a call from Motel the lady over the phone asked how was your check in last night and how was everything going? I was confused seems they didn't reported those problems to their manager and they didn't communicate with eachother at all. Really disappointed stay.

Room was spotless and clean. Extra comfortable bed and excellent eating options located at the hotel. Good location 5 minute drive from city centre. Laundry facilities are available at the hotel.
