I would have liked a lounge area to relax in but I understand space doesn’t really allow for it.

The rooms are good size and relatively clean but noisie all the doors have self closes that all squeak loudly the car park is a bit of a hill climb and we’re a bit to much for a few who smashed into obstacles one person fell down the stairs and broke his arm so be careful lots of them

It was quite small and showing its age. However the bed was very comfortable. There was no toaster cutlery or crockery but was quickly made available upon request. Very close to main cbd for fining options. If you want a cheap overnight stay and can look past some of age issues it’s quite okay

We love staying at the Coach House, it is our preferred choice and have been staying here for years.
It is close to multiple facilities within walking distance & there is plenty of free parking

Shelby was extremely helpful, professional & courteous.
The room was spacious, bathroom & toilet was nicely seperate. Good lighting, very hot water & good water pressure in the shower. Good free wifi.
Lovely scenic views from the room overlooking Launceston. Convenient to town. An enjoyable affordable stay, highly recommended.
