...easy to get to and had adequate parking. There are no nearby "sit down" restaurants within walking distance. There was a Subway within walking distance. Coffee in the morning was weak.

There really is no breakfast to speak of, don't expect anything more than yogurt and coffee.
The room was very clean, fairly modern and quiet.

Very Convenient, I needs a motel
to stayef for over night becsuse of the long drive from Toronto to New york city

Not pet friendly at all , I didn’t check in because they were charging too much for pets , fees for each pet , deposit , etc …

Hello Helene,We apologies that front office staff could not change the policy that is already published on website. Our record indicate that you reported to front office staff for having service animal not pet, we were ready to exempt the charge but you did not have any deposit fund and identification of your with credit card. At that point front office support agent was unable to check-in, even after waiving the pet fee for service animal, you decided to cancel. Again we apologies for this regualation that did not feet your requirement and you did not had great experience we provide to all other guest.
