Music very loud from casino when in room. We had to leave the tv on all night to drown it out. No washcloths until last day of stay. Did not supply new towels after four days. One very thin blanket. Very smokey; cigarette smell stays on clothes after walking through. Pool was like an ice bath let even though it say it is heated. No fridge in room. You have to rent one. No coffee maker in room. Check in line takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get through due to limited staff. The windows I. Pyramid room are filthy so much so it is hard to see out them.
