what I did not like was the way the shower is set up no door to close or slide. Every time a shower was taken water get on floor with an incomplete bathroom shower stall. but everything else was okay.

I have stayed at over ten hotels at the strip. This was the worst customer service I have ever had across the board. I will not be returning to this hotel. Checking was challenging, never got cleaning services, was charged extra fees (other than normal daily resort fees), and every interaction with staff they were extremely disrespectful and condescending. The hotel is a great location but don’t book if you’re planning on staying at the hotel.

No coffee, no tea, no fridge in room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower pressure was average. Clean towels.

Our 6 day stay was perfect. The room was clean with plenty of space. The tv was easy to work. The staff was great. Will definitely be back!
