Arriving by personal vehicle was confusing, and chaotic. Decided to go with self-park, but the garage is not close to the hotel desk. And once your checked it, you have walk quite a long way through the casino to get to the hotel elevators. I’m sure all of that is designed to get guests spending/gambling as soon as possible. But once settled, the resort is wonderful, and the staff is very helpful.

I had a great time staying at the Bellagio! Walked around literally the whole Casino and hotel, you definitely can get lost, however there are signs everywhere just need to keep your eyes open for them! Great staff, and excellent food! I didn’t play games since there was much to see and do. However next time I do stay I’ll make sure I play them!

I was really nice and enjoyable. The only that would make it nicer if there was no smoking area in the casino section.

Still a beautiful hotel and the location can't be beat. However, the air quality was horrible. The cigarette smell was overwhelming not only on the casino floor, but also in the room hallways-we were staying in the stay well rooms-. The ventilation system definitely needs an upgrade and this is coming from a smoker.

The room and bathroom was not cleaned properly and housekeeping broke personal property.
