I would NEVER stay at this out of the way Hotel ever again. You have to walk at least 1.5 to 2.5 miles to get to the strip. The room we were in was so small at such a high cost it was ridiculous! Calling each day for extra towels for no reason because they never got delivered. Room didn’t get cleaned until we got back in the afternoon to shower and had to wait out of the room for it to get cleaned—said they were very busy and understaffed. This hotel is not a good destination.

Overall stay was good. Would've given 5 stars, but I didn't like having the door that was connected to the room next to me. I understand hotel rooms are bound to have some kind of noise come through the walls from other rooms, but for an upgrade to a "suite" I payed over $400 for I expected a bit less noise coming through the door that was connected to the other room...or maybe not even have a door connecting to the other room there. Just expected more privacy. Other than that, the bogo drinks were nice and strong, appreciated the cleanliness of the lobby restrooms, and looked the walking distance to a heart korean restaurant right across the street!

I liked that there was a liquor store, a dispensary, a CVC pharmacy, and several dining options within walking distance (across the street). I didn't like the fact that the hotel advertisement picture showed a beautiful, large pool area with hot tubs and cabanas etc, but when we went out to use it we were told it was for "friends and family" only, and the tiny upstairs pool area that we were allowed to use did not have a hot tub, cabanas, and a very limited amount of seating.

Property was great, amenities were great, dining was awesome and the staff were friendly and professional especially Lala at the check in desk, concierge I’m sorry I don’t recall her name. The waiter at the Kitchen restaurant and the staff at the Thai food restaurant night market the food was great at many of the restaurants there inside. The reason we visited this hotel was because we had such a wonderful experience on virgin cruise and the hotel didn’t disappoint us. Oh also , the yoga instructor and experience was great 😊

Close by the main attractions but also feels like it is your own resort, lots of options, got everything accessible from entertainment to relaxation.

The shower in the room was terrible. It had zero pressure and there was just a trickle of water coming out the showerhead, and no there was no way to control it. The shower floor had mold around the corners.
