In room dining had limited hours,limited food options for late nights.Had to door dash.No microwave or coffee maker in room.Staff was nice and good safety process

When I checked in and went up to my room there was an empty beer can by the elevator on my floor. There were numerous small items on the carpet in the hallway to my room. 4 days later when I checked out all these items were still present. Cleanliness is not a strong suit of this hotel.

This was my first visit to Las Vegas. The hotel itself was impressive, clean and convenient to various areas. The staff was friendly and informative. What I didn't like was there was no coffee/tea maker available in the room and that the hotel didn't provide transportation to and from the airport. Also, some of the staff was too pushy when trying to get one to attend one of those time share presentations. No means no!

I always enjoy staying at TI. They have everything we need from good restaurants, shopping needs, entertainment, fun, friendly staff and a clean environment.

The staff were very unfriendly and lacked the level of customer service a property of this calibre should offer. We were made to feel as though we were an inconvenience and unwelcome throughout the property as a whole.
Compared to other properties the food options were minimal and expensive, that is if you can get service.
Overall we were disappointed in our stay, we will not go back or recommend to anyone travelling to the strip!
