For what we paid for a room, we expect decent service. The order of coffee took 45 mins to get delivered. Then we ordered plates and utensils which were charged per item and delivered 1 hour later. Nickle and diming for these was very off putting and the service was non existent.
Needless to say, please find a place to stay elsewhere.

We had a lovely stay as usual. We love the Venetian for it's amenities and proximity to everything. The food options are are always excellent. We noticed some new upgrades to the pool loungers and tables from last visit which was nice.
