I did not like the smell inside the room, it was disgusting, I went to front desk to ask for help but it was nothing else available. I will never recomend.

The A/C makes big noise in my room and I can hear all the noise from next door also upper level. Breakfast was really basic and only served from 6:30-9. swimming pool is small and old. plus there were parking fees $20/night and convenient fees $16. Be ware of those fees are not included on your booking!

It was unclear their policy of charging internet for a guest room. We only used open wifi but ended up being charged for internet usage fee.

The elevator in the parking garage was out of order making all customers lug their bags manually down stairs and out and around the building - the hotel manager did not think this warranted a credit for the $19 parking charge levied . I asked to speak with him but he was not working at the time - I resent this type of nonsense when hotels take no concern for their issues and still charge away. Won’t be going back here and would like my parking charge credited

My bathroom door in the hotel room wouldn’t close all the way and the elevators to go to the parking lot weren’t working the 3 days I stayed there. It was such a hassle to walk up so many staircases to get to my car.

Would recommend and stay here again when I come to Las Vegas locates adjacent to the Fountainbleu if you want additional dining options and shopping. The walk to the strip isn’t too far as well.
