I did early check in and paid 50$ fee. But when they offered upgrade the room the early check in charging fee dropped . The firat room was so stinky like.. all over the smoking smell and saw dead bird out balconi which cannot open and remove it. They change the room and it was clean and better view. Very convenience location.

Location is perfect, just in the middle of everything interesting in Las Vegas. Room was nice and clean. Housekeeping lady was friendly and helpful. Staff in general is not that nice, looks like they are tired of their jobs and of so many guests. Important point to mention is Wifi connection, you can connect only 2 devices per room (means 1 device per person) and it would be okay, but the regular network is very slow in the rooms, so you actually need to connect your cellphone and laptop. It is just fine if you have only one cellphone per person. In conclusion, good place to stay in very convenient location.

very clean and quiet in the room. I didn't like the reception on the television as it seemed many channels in standard definition

Check in was easy. After our first night we left early for the morning got back around 1 room was not cleaned. Westboro the pool for a few hours still not cleaned when we returned. Called several times assured the room would be cleaned when we returned got back around 10 room was never cleaned. When I called front desk I was told I had to call to ask for cleaning service. I did. Lady on phone nasty. Never forgot speak to a real person until day before checkout

For the money you’re charging there could be coffee in the room. I walked in and the light didn’t work. There are no washcloths in my room. A few other things that I had to call either housekeeping, the front desk, or maintenance floor. Front desk was never available. Our resort size seems to be poorly run
