To be honest not a lot of tables to gamble The switch my reservation last minute that was inconvenient for us also elevator was one of the worst ones ever bathroom horrible conditions definitely need improvement

Only one elevator was working out of the tree. Parking was dirty and dark. Was charged for a “pool view” room and I was in the 16th floor on the opposite side of the swimming pool. Arrived 1 hour earlier than the check in time and was charged $20.00 for early check in, just an awful experience

Property is very dirty, smelly. Very VERY poor customer service. Our room was dirty, had nail clippings and dried ramen noodles stuck to carpet. As soon as we opened the courts is there was dust flying everywhere AND the AC was not cooling. Called front desk, said they where sending house keeping and tech. Only tech came. Second day asked for cleaning again and towels. Came back to find a dirty room and towels on the floor. Would definitely NOT come back nor recommend to family and friends.

Upon conducting research prior to my arrival, I had some concerns about the quality of this establishment. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. It is worth noting that for dining options, it may be preferable to venture to the nearby strip. In my experience, despite the presence of multiple Hooters employees, only one seemed actively engaged while the others appeared preoccupied with their mobile devices. As for dining late, Steak and Shake is an option, although the menu selection is limited similar to that of Blake's Lotaburger. It was apparent to me that the preparation of the meat was lacking, as it arrived cold and lacking in flavor.

Only one elevator working. Took forever to get to lobby/room. A/C was very loud. Would not stay there again.

If you have any walking toddlers be careful, there is no door saftey on top of the doors like other hotels have toddlers are able to open and walk out the door, they had 2 elevators but only one was working and then the one working didnt work no more for a day, they have multiple people walking around confused how to get to their rooms. The room was so old fashion and half of the things didnt work, I have to call the receptionists to complain about it. The walls are so thin you can hear everyones business. Cleaning is upon request which i think its dumb, others hotel do basic cleaning. Even when I requested a deep clean because my tub was full of hairs on our first night they never came to clean it. Honestly horrible hotel I would never stay there again, ESPECIALLY with children.

elevators not working or taking a long time , dirty carpet , bathroom needed more cleaning , beds were a bit comfy, air conditioner not working as great felt the room warm
