Unfortunately, I booked a room from the website, but when I got to the hotel, they told me first come first serve even although I selected the room and paid for it. I couldn’t get it when I got at the hotel and the receptionist the one that I found was not helpful.

The smell of smoke and vaping was so thick and gross on the casino floor. The air felt heavy and uncomfortable. Also the mobile check-in on the app did not work. The digital key you can use to get into your room didn't work. The mobile app did not work for check-out either. Will not return to MGM Grand.

The pool is great! There’s also a nice food court in this hotel for when you don’t want to spend a ton of money on a meal. Rooms were fine. Clean, but nothing special.

Wasn’t able to stay. I booked it for my son. He’s only 20 years old when he went to check in he was told he couldn’t stay. The person helping said he would get a full refund.

Great staff, clean property and the beds and pillows are just fabulous best sleep I’ve ever had. I also enjoy how the property has so many dining options and shows. You don’t have to leave the property if you don’t want to

Lady at the front desk wasn't welcoming. I tried to check in on the mobile app they still didn't have a room ready for us so we had to wait (check in time is 3 pm we actually checked in at almost 7 pm) we asked if we could get a room closer to the elevator she said yes, we ended up getting a room super far from the elevator. We come to Vegas almost once a month and try different hotels and this one unfortunately wasn't welcoming nor helpful
