Las Vegas hotel rooms a the Independent

"Stayed in the "W" Tower and it was very nice. The room had a living room and a separate bedroom with one and a half bath. Very nice and new with usb and traditional outlets. I take medication for diabetes and was able to receive a refrigerator to store my injections at no cost but it's very concerning that there isn't one anyway in the room and that they charge for people with no medical use for one."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The room size and casino were definitely lacking compared to other nearby properties."

"All was good and some street construction that was not of their control. The main issue is location directions to other places. For instance staff said go to the Horseshoe. Well horses have shoes. A circle in travel to come back where you started. Then in looking out of our room we saw a hotel named the Horseshoe. When your new in town, staff needs to be more clear."

"Check was a mess with no humans around to help when the machine to get keys wouldn’t work. And waiting to get our text to then get our key at 11pm was a bummer. I miss speaking to humans. The day we left it rained and the water was pouring in our window soaking the furniture and ground. It took 20min to find a number to call that linked us to an actual human to relay the problem. "
