The staff was great, very helpful and kind. The room was clean and I enjoyed the in hotel restaurant very much. The food was great and the prime rib was well worth the price.

Right outside your front doors is the zoo that is the Freemont experience. Unfortunately someone placed a stage right there also, making it the loudest hotel in Vegas!😳

Completely outdated restrooms with hair on the sink and intermittent hot water. One room booked had A/C that didn’t shut off and one room had heat that wouldn’t shut off.

pool wasnt open, it was HOT, room was right outside of the stage so no sleep whatsoever, accomodations are reasonable tho, but our beds both had dips in them, not comfortable at all, but I guess no one is supposed to sleep in Vegas.

there was no hot water, the drain in the tub was extramly slow to drain,the room needs a drastic remodel the staff seemed really cold to non caring even after voicing my concerns. in short your better off getting self check in kiosk machines
