I liked the clean atmosphere, i believe there should be a more afordable food option for late night eating.

didnt like how we were treated by the staff, rooms where not clean at all. had to keep changing rooms which was inconvenient. club was really loud until 5 am

The only good experience was the bed.
Staff is very unprepared, they do not stand for what they promise.
At the XS nightclub the open bar closes at 1am but nobody warned about that and after entering 12am and been in a long line we only had one drink each.
We stayed for my wife's birthday and I made some requests for our arrival and during the stay. They never responded. Requested a late checkout, was granted complimentary with access to pool and gym by Alexis for the rest of the day and when checking out they said we could only use the pool with gym access been a 100USD fee per person. The manager was intransigent thus we are restricted to pool but ther is no place to shower after. Completely unacceptable behavior of a supposed 5-star hotel.
Also, the XS nightclub, been outdoors, has loud music playing up to the morning and the room is not sound proofed to contain it.
Summary: do not stay at this hotel unless you have no expectations, just a bed and shower.
No VIP benefits neither friendly staff.
