The resort is doing some renovations which is great, Nice to see it expand. But the surrounding area is still not up to par. The state needs to help with that. The person that checked me in was awesome!!! The line had a wait time of 30mins, but he made that time fly. He took care of at least 4 customers to ever other worker's 1 1/2. Ellis Island will still be my got to place to stay.

Very uncomfortable pillows and sink and slow were slow to drain. Pillows were my main quelm, everything else was clean and comfortable.

Staff are not too friendly. Bath tub does not drain water easily. Wash hand sink is awkwardly positioned inside the room instead of the bathroom. No house keeping. Internet is so slow. Bed bug in the room. My room was 3017. Checked in on 28th April. The TV is not working. I extremely much poor.
The only good thing for me is the nice food at the BBQ restaurant in the Casino.

They were doing construction around it so it’ll be way better in the future price wise it was ok but off the strip you had to walk for the amount of time we stayed there it was good.
