A/C was too noisey. Too hot with just fan on but with air on cycled way too often and too noisey!

Front desk check in staf. Was so kind and helpful. I don’t recall her name but she helped make our stay most enjoyable and helped us with electronic charging station. Much appreciated.

We stayed for 6 nights& overall it was a great experience! All the staff were super nice& accommodating. Our room was pretty big with a separate seating area& we had a refrigerator & microwave in the room. Everything is a little dated & the floor was a little dirty, as they are wood type floors, but I asked for housekeeping to come in& clean the floors& they did. The breakfast& breakfast room were great! They had a pretty tasty hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, fried potatoes& bacon& sausage. Also a lot of bread choices. Really good for this kind of motel. The location can’t be beat, as it’s only about a half mile away from downtown& there is a cute neighborhood to walk in, right outside the motel. It is a motel, not a hotel, but that didn’t bother us. Rooms were accessed from outside. They had a pool in a separate building& it was fine, though their hot tub wasn’t working. Boulder City is super cute & I’m glad we stayed there instead of Henderson or Paradise.

Staff was very nice, room & property were clean. It’s located in a cute little town! Would definitely go back!

Very friendly staff and nice facilities. We were a last minute booking late at night and they were very accommodating! Excellent dog friendly place too!
