We really enjoyed our stay. The host was accommodating. Great location near Playa Bonita. We wished we could have contacted the host directly via text/whatsup. Great experience!

Hotel conditions rough, old and in a big need of updating. Air conditioning under performed and we were charged an additional fee.

Posted 28 Feb 2019 on HotelsThe place itself is nice and spacious. We had the apartment with two rooms. However, the person who is in charge greeted us with a beer in hand and made excuses for everything we brought to his attention. First of all, they give you a set of about 7 keys to go in and out of property. We were told they have air conditioner and he said it stopped working a couple days ago. The shower curtain was full of mold. Screens had holes in them. Towels were bare threat. The room never got cleaned even after we asked. The place has a lot of potential if they only invest in someone to take care of it and new towels, curtains, ect.
Were very disappointed and would not recommend :(

Our business is more than 10 years and in support of our seriousness and professionalism, we have a long series of excellent reviews on the web that certify customer satisfaction.
Your opinion is clearly malice and slander towards us and for this reason, we will ask Expedia to cancel your review otherwise we will proceed through the legal channels for slander and false declarations.
The only truth that you have written is that the air conditioner got damaged two days before your arrival and the technician did not have time to repair it but now it is already fully functional. Then, all the rest are lies for the sole purpose of harming us.
The bottles of beer that you saw were empty and left by previous customers of other studio and our staff was simply cleaning and throwing them in the trash and it was yourselves that you asked us to want not the cleaning service. But you have omitted to write all the extreme availability of our staff that has offered extra services outside our facility, which are not competence of the staff (how to accompany you several times to do the shopping or others things..).
We can not understand the reason for your malice and certainly we do not recommend you as a customer.
