Good sized room, we requested an additional bed so my sister can stay with us. The room has a tv, kettle, slippers, 2 complimentary bottles of water, tea and coffee as well. There were also the basic toiletries which we appreciated, I especially liked the conditioner and the lotion. The water was strong and heated quickly. Bathroom was spacious and modern. The king size bed was very comfy and we slept well. The room also had good light. The complementary breakfast could really improve in taste...

We were 2 families traveling with 2 children, ages 12 & 15. We booked a 2 bedroom suite, which was perfect. We were able to buy snacks and hosted visiting family in the room for dinner. The hotel is luxurious and the service is wonderful.

We were meet on time at the airport by hotel staff and shuttle driver! Check in/out was very fast! We were allowed to check in early. The whole hotel staff including the Bistro Restaurant were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The breakfast buffet was amazing and there was a big variety of dishes.The free local shuttle van was a very pleasant surprise and very nice driver!

Breakfast had a lot of international selection. It had a wide spread of buffet. My family loved it. The staff was also kind and did some conversations. We were allowed to watch the World Cup at the lobby lounge. The experience was worth it. They also gave us complimentary drinks when we arrived.

The highlight of this hotel is the roofdeck pool which gives gorgeous views of the city and the bay. There are comfortable "sun beds" along the whole stretch of the pool and the faux grass carpet gives it a great outdoor vibe.
