Good hotel, disappointing attitude!

Overall the hotel was great for a 3star property. Superb formal garden, attractive pool and elegant dining annd breakfast rooms. During our stay there were a number of functions that were well presented and catered for. On our arrival we were greeted pleasantly, our room was clean, reasonably spacious with good facilities. In addition the staff had kindly provided us with a large plate of fresh fruits, and a selection of coffee and tea blends. We also were provided with occasional snacks etc whilst relaxing in the terrace area. Despite the fact that the general (limited) staff informed us that they spoke little or no English, this was not a problem! Initially all was well with the service of staff and management . However, towards the end of our weeks stay we noticed that the service and our basic language skills became an issue with our host. We were made to feel somewhat uncomfortable, despite making as much effort as possible to speak Italian whenever possible and the overall standard and level of service which you would expect ,seemed to fall. Also, we had our concerns about security. Whenever we left our room keys at reception, they remained on the counter seemingly all day until our return in the evening . Anyone could have picked up the keys and gained access to our room and therefore personal items. These issues were a shame as otherwise we enjoyed a pleasant stay.

Staff very warm, and diligent to please you while at the hotel. Hotel entry to the parking lot kind of inconvenient and no pleasant first impression; once inside you feel welcome.

Un disastro

La st4uttura e semplicemente fatiscente . Buchi nei muri in camera. Soffitto con vernice scristata. Muri nelle stesee condizioni . Lenzuola rotte e odore agradevole in camera. Se questi sono gli hotel che da come reward Hotels. Com posso tornare a prenotare dalla concorrenza

siamo veramente dispiaciuti, poteva rivolgersi subito alla reception e le avremmo assegnato un'altra camera. La invitiamo a non cambiare compagnia di prenotazione , non hanno nessuna colpa. La prossima volta che verrà in Molise la invitiamo a fermarsi di nuovo nel nostro hotel per approfittare della colazione a buffet che offriamo a chi la richiede, della piscina e di altri servizi che lei non ha avuto modo di usufruire.
