Beautiful hotel. However, little things could made better. First key card would not open hallway door. Had to go back and reprogram card again ,which is no big deal but more people did show up with same problem. .next, tub was not clean and second day staying it did got clean. No tv. No channel..

Dated hotel, old and kind of run down. Not very clean. Not the room we reserved but only available. Gym is good, breakfast is good and staff is nice. Probably would not stay again.

Great place to spend the night after long day driving through México- comfortable beds wonderful service- valet secure underground parking and a good restaurant with full breakfast included.

Unsatisfactory Experience
Posted 17 Aug 2021 on HotelsWhen I check in, the room was warm, but it was hot outside. When I arrived back to the room to get ready to meet my group I went to Laredo to meet, the room was unbearable. I notified the front desk after I got dressed and they sent maintenance up to look @the a/c. I was already pushing it on time for our dinner reservations. There was nothing they could do so they offered to move me to another room. As stated, I didn’t have the time to move, as I was now running late. I had no choice but to stay in the room.
Upon checkout, they saw the notation from maintenance that the a/c needed to be fixed. I did not even receive an apology, much less some sort of discount. This is not a cheap hotel, and I expected MORE from them than the way I was treated. Nice property, but on my next trip there, I WILL NOT be staying there. I have recommended this place to a lot of my friends and colleagues in the past, but not so sure I will now.

I would highly recommend any family with or without pets to stay at this lovely getaway. R & R
