Thanks for your review. As much as we wanted a unique experience as a host. Other times some things are beyond our control. We are sorry for the mistake might be system error but everything were properly addressed. Sorry for your disappointment, I hope in our own little way. We made your stay safe & happy. We never fail to communicate to all our guests to avail our free transfers to avoid inconvenience. We send messages & even called your contact number for our free shuttle. Sorry for miscommunication. But your concerns were properly attended. We let you do overseas call for free to settle the bookings correctly. We are so sorry again. I feel relieved returning to your place safely using our free services.
