This hotel promised free internet in the rooms witch was false & free breakfast but there was no breakfast or internet. Basically this is a 1,500 P hotel. If you pay more then that, do yourself a favor & go somewhere else.

This is a newish development, the advantages are that it is only 15 minutes from the airport and right on the coast. The room was advertised with a balcony but the balcony was 2/3 occupied by a/c condensor units so was effectively unusable. Food was not bad but service was slow

The staff was fantastic. The pools are amazing. The wifi was only in lobby and we had to pay extra person fee of 1312php for our 13 year old which made it super expensive. The lock on tge door was broken, safe was out of batteries , zipper on a pillow was broken, shower only, sink was leaking, breakfast was just ok, a bit out dated .

Scam

They were very inflexible when my flight was delayed due to weather. We lost our reservation and our money. We will never recommend this property. So many better places to stay!

What a pathetic excuse for a resort hotel this is. Cockroaches in the bedroom. Tap falling out of wall in bathroom. Thread bare bath towels Virtually nonexistent wifi. So very frustrating. Cats roaming unimpeded in the dining room. Coffee shop, sorry it’s closed. Has the feel of a 1970 soviet workers holiday Half the things on menu not available. Cigarette smoke stench pervading the corridor outside room The rest of the menu is very unappealing. Restaurant staff while polite and attentive seemed like they were doing work experience. Warm beer available, one needs to have ice bucket. Quiet mode on aircon sounds more like a tornado Paid for two nights but left after one, enough said.
