I recently encountered an issue with a booking error, resulting in the wrong date. I personally visited the hotel to request a change to the following week, but they were unable to accommodate this change. It’s unfortunate, as I frequently visit the area and was considering a 30-day stay if the accommodation met my needs. It seems a missed opportunity for both of us. I had hoped changing the date would be a straightforward process.

This hotel is pretty nice and in a relatively convenient but quite busy location. The staff are very friendly and accommodating plus the food at the restaurant was quite good. We really enjoyed the pool and the views from the beach. Swimming off the beach is probably not an option as it is quite shallow but it is nice looking and well kept.

Excellent accommodation after typhoon Odette
Posted 27 Dec 2021 on HotelsI love the accommodation with balcony and the prompt service. I love the hospitality of everyone. Despite the effects of typhoon Odette, Jpark was functional and waa able to feed us with their sumptuous buffet. Great nob JPark

The water flow was poor to nonexistent in our room and others. Two of my friends had to change rooms three times to be satisfied, another had a room whose door did not lock, another had a room with a window that did not close completely and was accessible to intruders. The room key facility wasn’t working so every time we wanted to get into our room a staff member had to let us in.

No hot water 1st day then no watter
Ramps for wheelchairs was lacking
Service was poor thay didn't have key for room only master
