I booked a room through Expedia and they sent me my itinerary with everything correct. I checked in went to my room and received a room I didn’t book. I called front desk and the worker was rude and put all the blame on Expedia. He Refused to help us in anyway or even give us the room I booked. He told me I had to contact Expedia so I did. Expedia confirmed the booking was what I asked for and after they reached out to the front desk 3 times he refused to change us rooms or do anything for their mistake. I have stayed her at least a dozen times and have never had any issues or a rude person. Very disappointed.

Pros: A great location near many restaurants and stores. The property has a fresh and updated feel. Cons: Multiple things not working when we stayed. The pool was closed because of a broken heater. Some of the machines were broken at breakfast leading to limited choices. Lots of tiny ants in the room that came out overnight in the bathroom/sink area. I mentioned it when we checked out and the front desk staff said they were previously aware of the bug problem. I was offered a free drink for my trouble and some rewards points added to my account, however the promised points never showed in my account

Kaitlyn, who checked us in was great; she helped us print maps for a place we needed to go for a funeral. She explained the directions. Later she helped us via phone to find a channel we were trying to find on the TV. She was delightful all of the time. . . and I am sure she thought, "who are these people??!!" She made a somewhat unpleasant trip much more positive.

A Great Hotel!

This hotel has been updated since my previous stay here a few years ago. It has a fresh new look and the lobby and breakfast areas have been updated. The breakfast served was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a very long time. Nice range of selections, fresh tasty food, and very clean and well maintained serving area. This is a great hotel, I will definately stay here anytime I am in this area.
