"Upon booking, I asked a question and it was responded to an under a minute. That was the last good service I received. The check-in was a little awkward as the individual who met me was extremely young. The lockbox for the key did not give you the option to reset the code, and it made me uncomfortable as to how many people might know the code so I kept my key with me.
