"Our trip was totally ruined by the owner of this property and the condition of the room. We stayed in apartment 8. When we arrived we immediately felt the whole apartment was hot. We asked about the aircon and the lady that greeted us said it was on and to wait for the room to cool down. We waited 5 hours and the room was still like a sauna. The check-in was a little awkward as the individual who met me was extremely young. The lockbox for the key did not give you the option to reset the code, and it made me uncomfortable as to how many people might know the code so I kept my key with me.
