Perfect location, spotless clean room. Bedding is superb. Breakfast is balanced and great, staff members are friendly and helpful. The only thing could improve is, we got an attic room, bathroom vanity space is very hard to manage to use. But I would rate this place a 5/5 !

This is an amazing hotel! I've never felt so personally tended to by a hotel's staff. This is a tiny boutique hotel and everyone is so dedicated to making sure you have a great experience. The location right by Pile Gate was the first draw, but the service, amazing made to order breakfast, and beautiful modern rooms with so much attention to detail in every feature is what makes this hotel truly above and beyond!

Convenient location. Small size hotel so the staff was helpful and friendly. Very different from large hotel feel. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Would recommend to anyone. When we booked only the attic rooms were available- if I came back I would try for a room on the lower levels without the sloped ceilings.

We loved this boutique hotel. Everything was new and very well done. The bed and linens were lovely. The staff was professional and very personal. The food was delicious. My only issue was the bathroom shower was very slippery! Everything else was perfect.

This hotel over delivers. It’s in a great location. What I really enjoyed was the beautiful hotel and the room was great. The most amazing thing was the staff. I cannot say enough kind words. From the time we arrived until we left they really made you feel special. They were kind and always available. Other hotels could take a lesson. The breakfast was amazing and it came with the stay. If I decide to visit again this is where I would stay.

Great staff. So nice, super helpful. Everyone. Luca, other front desk lady, and Jusip and Anna. Superb 12 rooms in entire hotel, allowing for personal care of guests by the staff. Also, great location very close to old town. And the breakfast was excellent. Made to order, and everything prepared fresh and very tasty.

This was a fantastic hotel for many reasons. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the welcome note, fresh fruit and homemade sweets every day. The room was large and the bed comfortable; everything was very clean and modern. The breakfast was huge and delicious, eggs made to order, and delicious coffee. Finally, the location was great: very close to the Pile Gate, but not right on the noisy and crowded entrance area. It is a bit tricky for the cab drivers to find, but we prefer a smaller boutique hotel to a large one for the more personal approach. We highly recommend!

Beautiful and new boutique hotel with exceptionally attentive staff. I would say 4.5/5 if that option were available. Only slight negative is noisy - because it’s older you can hear guests in adjacent rooms. Also the lovely patio is a bit noisy given proximity to busy uphill street. Generally though beautiful and romantic boutique hotel with first class customer service.

Wonderful modern, clean property. Just steps from the pile gate, this hotel is the perfect option to be close by without being in the old town (which isn’t accessible by car and has a lot of steps). The staff were so great, constantly trying to anticipate your needs. Room is cleaned twice a day. I stayed in a basic room- if you’re more than one person I suggest going to a room category as it is small.

The perfect hotel in terms of everything including location. I can't recommend this highly enough. The staff are the most helpful I've come across and the breakfasts are incredible. We recently spent a few nights at the lovely Heritage Hotel Lucia in Dubrovnik, Croatia, and it was perfect in every way! From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, the staff made us feel completely at home. The location is wonderful, tucked away from the busy cruise ship drop-off area, which we especially appreciated. This beautiful boutique hotel is truly something special, with unique touches of elegance throughout. Original artwork is displayed in the guest rooms and throughout the property, giving it so much character and charm. Even the photos on their Instagram are an authentic reflection of just how beautiful the hotel really is. Breakfast was included with our stay and was made to order rather than served buffet-style, which made it feel even more special. Nikolina and Ana, who took such wonderful care of us at breakfast, were delightful. We also want to recognize the gentleman at the lobby desk whose name we unfortunately can’t recall. Everyone was so welcoming, pleasant, and professional. This hotel has earned a place among my all-time favorite stays. We absolutely loved our experience and would happily return. Highly recommend Heritage Hotel Lucia to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

A wonderful, new boutique hotel where we stayed 5 nights in May - about 5 minutes walk from the main Pile gate, just far enough away from the maddening crowds. The staff were superb - super friendly and competent. The physical hotel is beautiful with great finishes and tastefully done. Breakfast was excellent, with a broad number of gourmet quality selections - you can always tell by how delicious each orange, fig, and blueberry is on the fruit plate. Hotel will be opening their restaurants soon - looking forward to that. Will definitely return soon! Highly recommended!

The hotel strikes the perfect balance between boutique charm and luxury comfort. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the beautifully designed rooms to the impeccable cleanliness and attention to guest service. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, providing excellent recommendations and making us feel welcome. The location is ideal for exploring the City Walls of Dubrovnik, while still offering a peaceful retreat away from the crowds. An easy 10 minute walk to the main Pile gates put you in the heart of the old town, and returning back felt like coming home. What truly sets Hotel Lucia apart is its hospitality. Miriam, Anna, and the entire team created an atmosphere that was warm, welcoming, and personal. It is rare to find a hotel where service feels so authentic and heartfelt. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Lucia to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. This property is one of the highlights of our trip so far.

My husband and I stayed at Heritage Hotel Lucia for 2 nights in July 2026. Where do I start... The location was perfect - a very short walk to Pile Gate, but away from all the cruise ship crowds - looking out onto Fort Lovrijenac. The staff genuinely went above and beyond, and the airport transfer was easy and very reasonably priced (the car was literally parked right outside the terminal doors). WIFI was easy with no issues. Breakfast (included) was next level. Fresh pastries and a charcuterie board were on the table before we'd even ordered. Everything is made to order - the french toast and avocado on sourdough were incredible. The fruit platter was so fresh and the salmon rosti was divine. The hotel is absolutely stunning. The finishes and all of the details with the rennovation are quality. Friends told us to stay inside the Old Town walls (as it was our first time in Dubrovnik), but we wanted to be away from the crowds (cruise ship crowds come in around 9/10am until late). We booked Hotel Lucia as it was so close to Old Town but not on top of the crowds. We are so glad we did. It has that personal, boutique feel but with proper 5 star luxury. Another drawcard is Sesame Restaurant - just across the road! If Hotel Lucia has availability for your dates (and works for your budget), don't overthink it. An absolute hidden gem. Being outside the walls isn't even a thought given how close it is. Thank you Hotel Lucia for such a great stay!!!

旧市街から徒歩圏内で立地がとても良いです。全てのスタッフがいつも笑顔で宿泊者を気にかけてくださいました。清掃係は頻繁に宿泊者の部屋に来て、必要なものがないか聞いてくださいました。とてもホスピタリティに溢れているホテルで気持ちよく滞在できました。朝食はメニューに載っているものを食べたいだけ注文することができ、毎日幸せでした。この朝食サービスは今後もぜひ続けて欲しいです。ホテルの前の車道は常に車が行き交い、タクシーが停車しづらいですが、荷物の運び入れや運び出しも快くお手伝いしてくださり助かりました。ドゥブロブニクに来る際にはまたこのホテルに泊まりたいです。

私たちはこのホテルのバルコニー付きのクラシックルームに1週間滞在しました。 こじんまりとした、とても居心地の良い素敵なホテルです。 ピレ門から徒歩5分という抜群の立地。連日30℃を超す暑さでしたが、ホテルに戻って休むことができたので助かりました。 ホテルは道路に面していますが、夜はとても静かです。周囲は緑も多く、早朝はバルコニーで鳥のさえずりを聴きながら瞑想、ホテル周囲の路地散歩も楽しかった！ そして特筆すべきは朝食です。ア・ラ・カルトでオーダーでき、朝食とは思えない豪華さ！少し時間はかかりますが、ゆっくり時間をとって楽しんでほしい。特にフレンチトーストが絶品でした。時間がない時は、ペストリーやハム、チーズ、果物がセットされた"スターター"だけでも充分です。 スタッフ皆さんの温かいおもてなしも最高でした。 正直、この旅行でドブロブニクは最初で最後と思っていましたが、このホテルがあるならまた戻ってきたいです。

Hotel impecable, personel adorable, petit dejeuner vraiment excelent situe a 5min a pied des remparts. Je recommande vivement. A noter, j’aime voyager sans me spoiler par des guide et ai donc decouvert sur place que dubronik est en zone restreinte a la circulation automobile. L’hotel a ete super et tres reactif pour nous aider, un grand merci.
