"My wife and I recently spent a week here. Overall we were very satisfied with our choice. The number 4 bus to old town starts here which was convenient for getting a seat. The sunsets are amazing, the restaurant on the top floor was always best for available seating at sunset. All the amenities were excellent and the Wi-Fi worked everywhere. Breakfast was as good as all the reviews said, really. My only note about breakfast was that some mornings it really took a long time to get coffee as you have to wait for a server to get it for you. Not a game changer but something for the hotel to be aware of. Would definitely return."

"Overall the hotel, property, and staff were great and was a 20 mins walk from old town which was very convenient. However, housekeeping was very disappointing. They wouldn’t clean up dirty dishes, there were never enough towels in the bathroom and got a little attitude from the housekeeping staff. We enjoyed our stay but it could have been better."

"The hotel is slightly out of the city, it has a beautiful swimming pool and gorgeous view. It is a very busy hotel with lots of kids. Of course, it is noisy. I woke up about 8 AM hearing the voice from my Neighbourhood room. The food is fine, lots of options, but not excellent."

"Beautiful resort with fabulous views of the sea and gorgeous grounds. Rooms are very spacious and have very cool designs. With that being said , unfortunately property suffers from staffing issues. From what I underestood resort uses many seasonal workers for temporary assignments from all over the world. Many of them don’t have any sort of attachment to the area and their heart is not in the work they do and this is very obvious. Tbey rarely ever smile and honestly when you ask something, it feels like you are a burden and nuisance. Although resort is considered luxury resort, employees don’t have a luxury resort etiquette. I had an incident during check out that we were standing in line for our turn. When our turn came up, this employee (Zeldjan) began to shout in Croatian to the person who was behind me in line!!! It was unbelievable and very unprofessional behavior. As I was talking to him about our bill, he interrupted me several time to speak to this person for whatever reason. Eventually I had to slam my hand in the counter and told him to please show some respect . Other than that resort was great. There are plenty of restaurants on site and food quality in my opinion was average. Be careful with breakfast buffet as I noted some items( like cold cuts and cheese) were used several days in row and became stale and tasted odd. Also there is vista restaurant which offers Mexican style food and for Americans I advise you to stay away from as it didn’t taste mexican at all."
