Ok for cheep overnight stop

Room was clean but very tired and scruffy round the edges. Smelt of smoke. Cigarette burns on toilet, sink and work top. Air con just about worked. Breakfast good

Small, very basic.

Very basic. Room about the size of a large transit van. Small bathroom made of moulded plastic of the type found in caravans. Ok for somewhere to sleep and no more. Room was clean and fresh towels each day. Staff were friendly and breakfast had a good choice.

Check in closed early.

We made the booking after 9pm on the day of our stay. In the confirmation email it said that check in closed at 9pm and you needed to ring to arrange a late check in. We tried the number but the reception was closed. We then decided to book another hotel where the reception was open. Very disappointed we lost the booking and our money. No one to contact at the time to resolve the problem. Any chance of a refund?

super convenient. Clean. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Only minor inconvenience was that the automatic check-in didn't work.

Booking in problems

We were informed by email that the accommodation would be available to book in to from twelve o'clock, however, a sign on the door stated that booking in would not be until five pm. At six pm ourselves and other guests tried the 'automatic' booking in system which sadly did not work either. Not too bad for ourselves as we had a car but other people were waiting hours with very little to do or places to go. Other than that the accommodation was fine, basic and a little tired but ok.
