For a 4* hotel we found this to be top notch. We both needed a chill and this hotel is perfect for older adults looking for a peaceful and relaxing environment. Although it is a buffet restaurant there was always a wide variety of good quality choices with a different theme on every night of our stay. Would definitely return.

Pros = heated pools, very clean, gorgeous suite (even though it was the cheapest room), free safe, water dispensers, excellent shower, delicious breakfast (omelette chef is the best ever!), all views are nice, good magician, friendly waiting staff.
Cons = air con doesn't go below 22 degrees C in our room, no daytime activities like aquacise or competitive games, ok music at night-time, quizzes are repeated from the week before.

The employees are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you gave a pleasant stay. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again.

Property is in excellent condition & designed very well. The staff were efficient & friendly. The Italian restaurant was excellent but relatively expensive, while the buffet restaurant was very good. Nice bar but on two evenings a week the entertainment is moved there so there is nowhere to sit for a quiet drink. The only negative is the internet which was very patchy & often didn’t work. Overall, we had an excellent 3 weeks there.
