Very clean property, plenty of sunbeds and easy to get around resort on foot

Friendly and helpful staff, was able to check in early. Was able to store our luggage on final day. Gym was available to use when needed. Large bedroom and was upgraded on check in with large balcony and the sea view was fantastic.
Hotel was about a 15mins walk to get to the main parts of the Puerto del Carmen strip.

The domestic staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient.
The facilities were excellent, particularly for anyone wanting a hotel/pool/sport based holiday.
The location was very good, close to the beach, restaurants and shops and only 15 mins from the airport.
